Accenture is seeking a motivated Decision Science Practitioner Associate to support the development of Generative AI, analytics and AI-powered solutions. The role provides opportunities to work with experienced team members on AI application development, knowledge retrieval, testing and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of large language model (LLM) applications using prompts, APIs and established frameworks.
- Help prepare, organize and validate knowledge sources for RAG solutions.
- Assist in building and testing conversational AI applications and agent workflows.
- Test AI application outputs using defined test cases and document findings.
- Analyze model responses and identify opportunities to improve output quality.
- Work with Azure and/or AWS AI services under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Support environment configuration, application testing and monitoring.
- Develop Python-based components and integrate APIs with enterprise systems.
- Use Git and standard software development practices for source control and collaboration.
- Assist with technical documentation, troubleshooting, testing and deployment activities.
Exposure to Generative AI frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, cloud AI platforms and machine learning libraries can be beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or a related field; or
- Master's degree in a relevant technical or quantitative discipline.
